Toast Project Space, nato nel 2019 nell’ex portineria della Manifattura Tabacchia di Firenze, su iniziativa dell’artista Stefano Giuri. L’Obiettivo dello spazio è quello di supportare la ricerca artistica contemporanea attraverso la produzione di progetti site specific. All’attività espositiva si aggiunge la ricerca editoriale del progetto Aosta Publishing.

Toast Project Space, born in 2019 in the former porter’s lodge of the Manifattura Tabacchia in Florence, on the initiative of the artist Stefano Giuri. The aim of the space is to support contemporary artistic research through the production of site-specific projects.
In addition to the exhibition activity, there is also the editorial research of the Aosta Publishing project.

Mission

Toast APS is a newly established nonprofit entity building in continuity with Toast Project Space. Founded in 2019 within a gentrification area, it is a hub for artistic experimentation, involving young artists and curators in diverse initiatives. Our organization coordinates social and cultural activities, managing spaces and time dedicated to contemporary art exploration. Collaborating with public, private, and third-sector entities,
we showcase exhibitions, publications, performances, and conferences, amplifying voices from emerging, marginal, and underground cultures.

We aim to foster community interaction, focusing on youth and international engagement.
Through archiving, documenting, exhibiting, and writing, we prioritize knowledge dissemination.
